Mister Kwai - Thai Politics

Let''s try with this thread to follow what''s happening in Thailand.

Whatever side you may stand just be polite and respectful if you post here and all shall be fine.

Where do get the latest news from Thailand by your own:

--> Mister Kwai - Thai News : a list of news outlets on the web

Thai newspapers are all under pressure of vested interests, so they''re utterly biased (with a cult for fascism and lie).

So I''d rather suggest three blogs held by foreigners who don''t have a real understanding of Thailand and who don''t shy away of telling the truth:

--> Bangkok Pundit a UK citizen who''s addicted to Thai news and gives a fair and balanced overview of Thai politics

--> New Mandala two Australians professors who''ve got real guts unlike the fearful Thai academics

--> Thai Crisis A European (French or Belgian?) who put emphasis on Thailand''s economy, but well, can but hint at Thai politics too by doing so.

Please should you be Thai or foreigner: never limit your trust to a single information source, ALWAYS check different newspapers or blogs. Doublecheking the news is even more crucial in Thailand because censorship is active and because most media are just bought by vested interests....

A coin has two sides, don''t forget it!

Hi Amsterdam
If you like a tattoo of the Buddha, you can do it!
Many thai people did it, I think you can do it too.
I wish you have a nice trip in thai and have a nice tattoo of the Buddha.

Take care
